Marlo “Dai” Drake, CEO and Founder, takes a meticulous approach to assess her clients’ desires and needs to deliver customized event styling services and planning. Our event management company has been in business for over ten years and has established a reputation for delivering creative, and exceptional experiences that exceed our clients’ expectations. We specialize in corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and everything in between.

Our services include event planning, coordination, design, decor, and production. We have a team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. In 2021 the firm expanded its service area to Chattanooga, TN and the surrounding areas.

CEO and FOUNDER

As the CEO and Founder, Marlo “Dai” Drake coined the moniker “Dai ” to capture her passion for creative expression through event styling, planning and execution for more than a decade. The gift for design and organization can be traced to her adolescence when she would transform her personal spaces every season and create magical holiday displays for family and friends. Later, Marlo’s creative talents were discovered by colleagues when she often styled the workplace for different occasions and various corporate design projects. Her creative designs transitioned from favors to paid services. After several successful events, coaxing from family and friends and repeated requests for her services – Dai Enterprise Events, LLC was born.

Planning Packages

Wedding and Event planning packages can vary depending on the type of event, the scope of services needed, and the budget of the client.

Dai of Elegance

Full-Service Planning Package: This package is for
clients who want assistance with every aspect of their event, from “Yes to I Do “or Start to finish”. It typically includes services such as venue selection, vendor management, event design and décor planning, timeline creation, and on-site coordination. 

Dai of Enchantment

Partial Planning Package: This package is for clients who have already completed some of the planning process but need assistance with specific aspects of their event. Services might include vendor recommendations and negotiations, timeline creation, and on-site coordination. 

Dai of Coordination

Coordination Package: This package is for clients who have already planned their event but want a professional to oversee the day-of logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly. Services include rehearsal, timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-site
supervision. 

Dai of Bliss

Customized Planning Package: This package is tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the client. Services might include a combination of full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of
coordination, as well as any other unique services the client may require. 

Dai of Décor

Event Design and Decor: This package is ideal for those who need help with creating a vision, theme, or a specific look for their event. It includes design and decor services such as creating a color scheme, layout, selecting centerpieces, and choosing linen rentals. 

HoliDai Party

Holiday party package: This package is designed for clients who are planning a party for a holiday such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, or Halloween. The party planner will handle all the details, from decor and menu planning to entertainment and activities.

Corporate Dai

Corporate event package: This package is specifically designed for corporate clients who are planning events such as conferences, product launches, or company retreats. The event planner will handle all the logistics and manage the event to ensure it meets the company's objectives.
